Percolation or dissemination of "designed information" to society in different forms.  

Designe information for achieving political targets either by hook or crook. It maybe human diseases, cattle diseases, pets diseases, plants diseases, microbes attacks. The way this dissemination occurs can be beneficial some times -- rather rarely I guess, or maybe I need to study more. It may cause harmful effects, deaths or even disasters. Depends on the need of these political parties or some upper strata.

In day by day conversation, items, gifts, awards, warnings, signals like -

How about a Fly cosmetics box, madame?

Who is talking to you? In what sense? 

And why? Know the purpose. 

But how you will, if don't even know the context?

And don't even know, if the person you are talking is a friend of yours or an enemy? 

Or as in case of common people, may not even know the purpose or subject matter.

Want your good or have ill intentions or political mileage over opponents, even at the cost of common people lives?

For who's good is this hidden system of hierarchy in layers?

Err as they say, hidden system is not that much hidden, know the codes of presentation available publicly.

 

Same way, we can talk about so many other words, terms, suggestions, narratives or instances.

To name just a few came across recently or in last few years from here and there.

Copper ring -- something new to me. But what it reminded me? 

2012, someone entered then campus home (H#16, Type-3) and then some other happenings related to cooper wire change in freeze narratives. Light blasted and problem informed old wiring, need new. After some days back, wire fire or sparking in the neighborhood -- Psychology ma'am house, and fire fighter vehicle around 1.00 or 2.00PM.
