How?

Modi's cloudy radar talk. 

Now everyone cannot understand this cloud and radar ghapla, tech use or abuse. People will take time to understand such things.

Kejriwal free bijli and education. 

Now who knows if he is distributing free education and light or women in those professions?

Or fear of BJP's dengue or malaria spread.

And there is also difference between Ji, Jee and G?

Personally, I don't have any such direct problems with these specific politicians but somehow their words and commentary seem more understandable in the given cirmstances. May take the example of some other known personality or politician also with time for such understanding.

My understanding of these codes came from some specific classes along with day by day plays and not so common talks and discussions or problems.

For example:

You dropped your car for washing and "अरे मैडम 3 रोड़े अटके हुए थे इसके एक्सॉस्ट पाइप में" after car wash commentary on this second hand car.

And you think seriously? Have this person gone mad? (Few years back as after many such other strange commentary and happenings, I stopped giving my car for washing outside.)

Then one day someone took away vacuum cleaner and gave back. But it stopped working. And after much complains and requests to concerned company, one day this costomer care person came. And what he shows? 

Three black thermocol pieces stucked in the vacuume cleaner.  On that told, madam have you cleaned some old sofas? Now you don't understand what's that as you don't even have any old sofas.

One day some colleague named..... asked out of nowhere, "m'am what's your IQ?"

I was about to answer, apna to pata ni sir but yours seems dumb. At times, someone else anger can be thrown away at someone else. But I countered away in some light words. You cannot counter light attitude people with hard or rude words. No? 

Same way some hacking was shown in the form of a play. Hacking and real play? Yes, first it was shown by students at my own institute gate few years back. 

Then real time covid. Hacking at times could be in real zone also and with terrible consequences. And we think such things can happen in some online world only. No?

Many such more instances happened and they took to some crime rather crimes tales. So the story I write didn't come instantly but came from long tales of happenings or mishappenings with me or with someone somewhere -- reality hypes or plays. At times, suppressions too, like psycho control.

"बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ"  -- Heard somewhere?

What was the emergency? If it had been there since the start, probably those daughters had not gone through so much nor this surrounding.

Grading of institutes isn't the way it shows there and common people understand. To some extent it maybe. But to greater extent, it has hidden meaning and messages. Same is true about journals, awards, media (print or electronic) grading.

To know the hidden messages in this grading. First check out the types of points. Then persons in that committee for grading. Then names of those committee people. Then meaning of different numbers they have given to different points of grading. For example MDU A + infrastrure 9. Why? Complaints of big boss houses? Though University has good infrastructure but it could be 7, 8 also. Same way other points can also be noticed. 

But this grading is nomore valid, as far as I know as it has a time limit. After that need to apply again. On that grading criteria and higher education regulator like UGC changes or replacement by HECI is in progress? Such progresses or stop on them or too slow in action again talk about this game and struggles or fights between parties. 

It can be seen like department will say (aboce pic) that we have these seats. But centre will say we have vacancies, no vacancies in states. Different parties and their contradictory statements. Then how many seats will be filled again nothing less than some election fights. One can only notice that only after being a committee member in such admissions, at least a few years. Then jumbling through almost whole semester and year after year randomness during exams as a teacher (codes and students names working style). And changes in them, fights at different level starting from admission to exams (random like the randomness of chemicals codes).

Interestingly, grading points of any institute and types also changes with time. Like earlier it was A, B, C, D in case of UGC. Then came A+ with the + game. Same way excellent and so on. Institutes like Engineering have one more guard here AICTE. Keep on preparing unnecessary files and data. 

It's same with faculty assignments/posts. Like earlier it was Lecturer, Reader and Professor; British in origin. Then it became Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor. From where? New world? Not so new (USA) but compare to other world.

When you read dean academic affairs, defence affairs, research affairs and so on. Check out their origin and you will come to know this interesting world of chairs/posts creation or demolition like some infrastructure. Infact, it's like these chairs are special creations for society's special affairs.

Websites have some specific words after www. ........ (they represent again some specific codes. It can be ac.in, .com, .net etc.). Same is with our email ids. 

For example in case of yahoo some may have yahoo.com while some may have yahoo.co.in 

In some cases this id maybe changed from .com to co.in

When visited some other country first time?

Same way you can check origin of mail services sites or search sites or other social media origins or gone away. Same is true about companies. Most strong companies at some specific time, especially in our new world of today are somehow running these govermnets. These companies shares talk about that, in specific countries.

AI C TE? 

Once, you will start reading like this, in codes, then you will find on these sites some specific programs, courses, degrees, awards, projects, numerals related to them, specific symbols, signs and who's who on those chairs and so on. Not necessary that people sitting on those chairs even know about all this. Though now a days, I guess most do.

Same is true about UG C and any other site.

Then be it educational sites including medicals, any other civil sites, governments sites like states or national or even international organizations or it maybe defence.

You must know first, what these numerals and alphabets repsent in that gamble? At times, I do feel confused and need help from knowledgeable people in this field.

Then there maybe some colours or specific symbols, or mixed words and sentences. Then what is happening in that fight in-between these parties?

How common people could know so much about this comparatively so small circle happenings or misghappenings around the world? Small circle is small in comparision to common people out there. Else it's not so small circle, at least now a days.

The way and speed technology is progressing, crimes are. Criminals are getting smarter with such technologies. Are our crime protection agencies able to counter them at their speed? Or they are legging much behind?

What could be the relation of these?

Can we understand this via real bollywood or hollywood movies or video games? Or crime series or some other web series? After all media or movies or series represent about the day by day reality of that time period.

Though, I am not much of movie or serial watcher but recently, especially in last few years watched some, specifically to understand this crime series. I personally liked some movies and serials earlier but after knowing these codes their meaning and message changed totally.

How and when I started watching songs, movies and serials as study assistants to my curious mind?

I used to go for walks to the park, just behind my campus house. It's also the largest park of University. Naturally, lots people use to visit it. But in early morning hours, it use to have a differnt calm, serene and peaceful ambiance. 

In 2017, it was the peak of bullying and harrassment. I had stopped going for walks altogether in the evening. After some irrugularities due to some extreme forms of mental tortures, stopped morning walk also. It was also just another enforcement design by criminals. 

I had started walking within my house, mostly on the roof. One day, I was walking and watched something shitty in the park around bences, just behind my campus house. I complained about those benches and strange happenings there and asked concerned authorities to shift these benches to some other place in the park. But as bullying and enforcement designs were in place, with the tacit support of so-called authorities, it did not happen.

But some of these happenings were the copy of some songs. One of them:

Then there were so many strange happenings like someone try to throw smoke towards you or display specific numbers or codes on cloths, on bags, on walls, on plants, on vehicles and so many things in the surrounding. 

And I was hooked to some crime series, some songs, movies etc. just to know, what the hell was that? 

After some time realized many serials, movies and songs have something in the background or sideby and the play at that specific time in that song or movie or series is talking about that something. It was totally new information for me about this hidden and coded world. These campus crime cases and then their studies helped further.

What's so special in this clip?

A tactical technology abuse in some crime as a hidden message including crooked implanted designs and video games?

Or simple religious fight?

Or depends? For what purpose you had to watch this movie again and again? And a few other such movies, serials or songs also. They can expose this side crime or that side crime.

When I watched this movie first time, I watched it just like any other normal person as knew nothing about such codes. 

But with knowledge came to know that these codes are everywhere. Depends, who is showing which codes and for what purpose. 

Should common people need to know this kinda hidden messages behind bollywood, hollywood or Eurovision song contests or video games etc.? I guess coming generations will understand this system designing automatically, even beyond some upper strata, due to publically available data. 

Watch this movie or at least this clip again if wanna check the background or sideby messages in it that is hidden but visible codes. This clip's "wrong number" scene starting from "Kaun hai ye PK?", introduction of PK to Cherry by jagat janani, catched my attention. Then some girls or boys "looks" matching- matching somewhere. Their dresses and so much resemblance to some surrounding. And then video games PUBG and two girls and a guy and Power of 10 or 10 Ka Dum? These girls resemble some girls you know? Met or have seen somewhere? Taali-Thaali or "Om Jai Jagdish Hare". And much more. 

I will review it from crime codes and technology use or abuse and campus crime series resemblance, point of view in some other post/s.
